Summit Estate Limited is developing a major sandalwood project. Many investors are participating and excellent returns are anticipated.

But that is not all there is to the Summit Estate property. Stretching over 2 km along an elevated escarpment, it enjoys sweeping views over Mele Bay and Vila Harbour. In addition, Jim and Lesley Batty, the owners’ of Summit Estate Limited, have developed a 20 ha garden precinct, over 4 ha of which is formal gardens and the balance pristine rainforest.
